Fifth: The first reading of the draft law and the ratification of the letters exchange of notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to signed on 02.16.2014 the Republic of Iraq. ( Foreign Relations Committee , the Finance Committee ), (2 items).

House of Representatives to discuss the budget and establish a commission of private investigative fall of Mosul and end reading the law of parties
Continued Majlis deputies second Minutes of the second legislative term first legislative Psonth held under the chairmanship of Dr. Salim al- President of the Council and in the presence of 251 deputies on Thursday, 01/08/2015, 2015 to discuss the budget and vote on the formation of the investigative committee for the fall of Mosul, as well as the completion of the reading 3 laws.
At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Jassim Ahmed Saber sworn deputies in the House of Representatives a substitute for Dr. Haider Abadi, head of the Council of Ministers.
Dr. Al-Jubouri said the number of members of the House of Representatives reached 327 deputies leaving only one vacancy being filled.
And the Presidency of the Council decided to postpone the vote on the draft law of the Ministry of Health and sponsored by the committees of health and the environment and to the legal next week.
He noted Dr. House Speaker to that next week will see the announcement of a number of standing committees or private, including the Committee to amend the Constitution and Article 140.

The Council also ended the first reading of the draft law on ratification letters Law and exchange of notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to the position of the Republic of Iraq, dated 02/16/2014 and submitted by the Committees for Foreign Relations and Finance, which comes in furtherance of the financial relations between Iraq and Japan, and in appreciation of the efforts of development.
