 The MP said Ali Morshedi we have to speak in accordance with the facts and take a clear policy to improve the atmosphere between the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.

For his part, Al-Rashed that we should go beyond the files war policy and we draw a state policy and support the private sector through investment for the advancement of the telecommunications sector to be one of the resources that supply the federal budget because the state budget is not sufficient for the implementation of projects as a result of the sharp drop in oil prices.

He must be compatibility between the legislative branch and the executive branch through the important laws that serve to invest in Iraq and activating the role of the private sector legislation.

And the Ministry of Communications has taken important steps in this aspect through partnership contracts between the ministry and international private sector companies sober which have a long tradition in the field of telecommunications and information technology companies.
