Secretary General of the Council of Ministers stressed that the Iraqi government is serious in implementing paragraphs of the government program, which include encouraging a shift towards the private sector, as Rkizhasasah to support the economy in the country, pointing to the Cabinet decision on approving a special transfer of state-owned enterprises to the private sector and that the comprehensive study prepared in the form of advisers.

According to a statement directly obtained a copy of it has been pointed out that the content of the conference comes in line with the current trend of the government in the implementation of the national strategy (2014-2018) on the promotion and strengthening of the shift towards the private sector and the rehabilitation of tourist areas and increase the production and development of agricultural and animal wealth for by launching initiatives and the granting of loans, as well as the development of areas of trade and banking, and the activation procedures to address the problem of unemployment, adding to the adoption of decent work standards to ensure the rights of workers in the private sector, through a consensual plans between educational outcomes and labor market requirements, and the enactment of the law Social Security and the private sector to generate jobs with securing a suitable environment, so as to ensure the confidence of civil companies and the private sector.

He stressed the importance of developing a policy to contribute to the revitalization of the productive sectors and run the unemployed, especially the graduates, as well as encouraging business incubators kinds (general, technological, academic, prepare human resources), and linked to the economic and social considerations.

This came during his speech at the opportunities for Iraq conference sponsored by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in cooperation with the financier of the US Agency for International Development Opportunities Project (USAID), in the presence of a number of officials.

Fired Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Thursday, an initiative to strengthen and reform the private sector, stressing that Iraq will emerge from the economic and security crises stronger than before.

Ebadi said during the launch strategy for private sector development conference in Baghdad attended by the agency / information / that "Iraq will exceed the economic crisis and come out stronger militarily and economically, through activation of the government's economic program."

He added that "the development of the private sector initiative within the government curriculum and our strategy for economic reform, and we are working on the restructuring of state-owned public companies to increase their effectiveness and their contribution to the building of the Iraqi economy."

He promised the Prime Minister, today, "all citizens that success is coming and detente in close economic crisis and we can overcome the difficulties by insisting on economic reform and patient, and we are offering even share the facts resolved."

The economists and politicians called on the government to diversify sources of income, and interest in the private sector, especially industrial and Alzerai.

Announced Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , on Thursday, announced the launch of a strategy for the development of the private sector within the government curriculum, noting that the government is committed to working under the auspices of the state, in what was considered that Iraq will be vulnerable to international fluctuations if it continues its dependence on oil.

Ebadi said in a speech during the launch of the development strategy of the private sector in Baghdad conference attended by "Alsumaria News", "The private sector development strategy includes a number of points for the development of the private sector," he said, adding, "The private sector plays an important role in economic life."

"The launch of this initiative confirms the government's determination to support the economy to do everything it can to support this sector," pointing out that "one of the points of this strategy is the restructuring of state-owned public companies that we want to have you be more efficient."

Abadi said that "There is no intention of government layoffs in these companies at all and is committed to their care," stressing the need for "the development of these companies and re-structure in order to continue to support the workers and Asnadehm and receive salaries commensurate with their efforts."

Abadi and that "the legitimate right to demonstrate, but we do not want to close the streets," he said, adding "the importance of patience and continue to work to avoid disrupting the economy."

Abadi stressed "the need for a system of legal amendments and asked a number of consultants and international organizations working in the amendments to the laws of the private sector."

And on lower oil prices, the prime minister warned that "dependence on oil will make us vulnerable to international fluctuations", calling for "the importance of the national income is dependent on substantially the private sector in the context of low oil prices."

The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi revealed (February 7, 2015) that he will announce next week a new initiative aimed at strengthening the Iraqi economy through the support of the private sector, pointing to the allocation of funds in the federal budget to repair the devastation caused by "Daash" a number of cities in Iraq.
