Kuebler said that "the United Nations does not intervene in this matter at all and the work is limited to providing technical expertise if requested by the Iraqi government or the House of Representatives to help us in this area."

He explained that "Iraq is a young democracy and the need for elections and for that there must be a special body for the elections."

And "There is no democracy without elections and there is no credible elections without the body during the past two weeks I spent in the Iraqi Council of Representatives to discuss this matter."

"We're not the one to decide, rather than the Iraqi government and we are here only to make counseling and advice and assistance to the Iraqi government, not more."

The parliamentarians from different political blocs that the parliament voted on one of the paragraphs of the second amendment to the law of the provincial elections and districts and areas, which is for calculating the number of seats without taking the opinion of the Federal Court, and while they threatened to challenge this decision before the Federal Court in the event of voting on all of its paragraphs, an enemy that the continuation of some of the blocks in their approach just will not "to Musharan uniqueness."
