Oil and energy parliamentary Committee to resolve differences on the oil and gas Act

Formed Committee on oil and energy parliamentary Committee of 12 deputies in order to resolve differences over the law of oil and gas.

Attorney, said Committee member ULI Al-Shara that the law of oil and gas is one of the basic laws of strategic regulation of relations between the Federal Government and the provinces and especially Kurdistan, as well as structured basic giant invested in companies throughout Iraq and the Federal Government.

Shara said in a press statement to the existence of four paragraphs of legal act paragraph 54 oil and gas are the main difference between the Federal Government and Kurdistan, noting that those points relating to property management and validity.
