Congratulations USA on elections once again! The people have spoken. I hope this is the beginning of a new age for the USA.







I know I sound like a broken record but emphasis for us is still on the progress of retaking Mosul. The plan was to have it resolved by election day to give a perk for the democratic party for re-election. It almost worked too. Guess the strategy did not work? The question now is - what will happen to region once Mosul is taken back? Will there be yet another void to be filled?

We also know we are moving much closer to currency reform and we see it daily in all the news. Be patient if just for a little while longer…..its coming….

So what happened to the Iraqi 2017 budget this week?






The House of Representatives on Wednesday 11/9 ended the second reading of the budget in 2017, while its lift to the 26th of the current month. A parliamentary source told {Euphrates News} “moving the budget to the 26th of this month."

Will they conduct a final vote on the budget at this time?

I will add that there are aspects in the budget that will move Iraq in a monumental leap forward and still there are political constituents who do not want this to happen and so they resist, as shown in Wednesday’s parliamentary discussion. The meeting saw the discussion of support for the armed forces in all its different forms and allowances of the popular and tribal Alhacdan and Peshmerga forces and the size of the investment budget for the expenses of the Federation, and focus on providing financial allocations for projects affecting the lives of citizens, which exceeded the percentage completed more than 80%. So can they afford all these projects?

But I feel they will eventually prevail and the budget will get passed before the end of the month. It is already late. The BIG question is - did they include the “Project to Delete the Zeros” in the budget? We know for a fact they told us they have to include it if they are going to execute that year. We know they did include HCL, money for very large defense expenditures and other needed reforms we are looking for.

Remember I told you about the e-dinar and the Smart cards and how important this is in the strategy to confront corruption and limit the amount of paper currency in the hands of the citizens. So let me give you an update on this effort.

It is all in the process of the project of currency reform. Can you see how this would be beneficial to the project to delete the zeros too?

So what is happening on this effort?

Well we also know that there is a severe shortage already of paper currency. They have told us this many times in the last couple months. We know also they wanted to “beta” test the e-dinar system along with using the SMART cards and this was completed. For the first time in northern Iraq Kurdistan regions, they were able to pay out gov’t salaries and pensions without issuing yet more stacks of the three zero currency into circulation. This was very good news. The effort also forces the citizens to use the banks as they must first open a bank account for the e-dinar system to deposit their money. They then spend it using the Smart card (via mastercard visa debit). More and more merchants everyday too are coming online to accept the Smart card.

So they decided to go ahead with the effort and roll it out to all the provinces. We read this article not too long ago – remember? But this means millions of citizens still need to sign up and get their cards. This week we read that once again someone counterfeited these cards and so are “double dipping” in payments. More corruption! The good part of this it was caught easily in the beta test and the vender is being challenged on how this could happen and to fix it. They guaranteed this could not happen. So they put a hold on this effort of rollout until they can fix this issue. They still intend to keep signing people up however, as this is the lengthy part of the process. I bring this to you because this effort is critical to the Project to Delete the Zeros and must be implemented prior. Implemented fully? Probably not but there is probably some gauge they are using. They were targeting to have all govt payments thru e-dinar in all banks and have everyone on the Smart card prior to the end of 2016. This of course is not going to happen but I do not think it will impact the going forward with the project to delete the zeros based on the progress I am hearing.

Parliamentary Finance: 2017 budget is mostly loaned money

The Iraqi Council of Representatives voted during its meeting of the 28th legislative term of the first third legislative year , which was held on Saturday (5 November 2016), on the draft general body to monitor the allocation of federal revenue law.(This law is a financial resources legislation law and represents a very significant step forward in the way of integration of legal infrastructure necessary to achieve justice and launch a comprehensive development of how revenues are to be handled in Iraq (full transparency!). The House of Representatives passed the law on Saturday Nov 5th and now call on the executive authorities to take necessary measures to implement this law. I feel this law goes along with the HCL)

The Fight to Retake Mosul - TOUGHEST URBAN WAR

BAGHDAD A week after his tank division punched through Islamic State defenses on the southeast edge of Mosul, an Iraqi army colonel says the fight to drive the militants out of their urban stronghold is turning into a nightmare.

Against a well-drilled, mobile and brutally effective enemy, exploiting the cover of built-up neighborhoods and the city's civilian population, his tanks were useless, he said, and his men untrained for the urban warfare they face.

His Ninth Armoured Division and elite counter terrorism units fighting nearby seized six of some 60 neighborhoods last week, the first gains inside Mosul since the Oct. 17 start of a campaign to crush Islamic State in its Iraqi fortress.

He said it was impossible to differentiate between civilians and fighters who melt in amongst them. Islamic State has forced its dress code on the population during the two years it has controlled the city. Men are required to have long beards, something the militants are still policing.

"Our soldiers can't recognize them until it's too late, when the attacker either detonates his explosive vest or throws a grenade," the colonel said, adding that he lost two T-72 tanks and an armored vehicle in a single day's fighting on Tuesday.

"It's becoming a nightmare and it's nerve-wracking for the soldiers," he said.

Even for the Counter Terrorism Service, or special forces, trained more specifically for the challenges in Mosul, the last week of fighting has been unprecedented.

"We are carrying out the toughest urban warfare that any force in the world could undertake", CTS spokesman Sabah al-Numani said on Sunday.

The army says it has captured five other districts, but fighting continues in all of them and Hashemi said in some neighborhoods the army had been driven back three or four times - often at night - before reclaiming territory the next day.

With its tanks unable to navigate narrow city streets, the Iraqi army has called on U.S. Apache helicopters to target car bombers. The Pentagon said on Monday they would continue to be used "in what we expect will be tough fighting to come".

So far the advancing forces have only breached eastern Mosul. Hashemi said two infantry divisions which have advanced close to its northern and southern limits were preparing to open two new fronts in the city, possibly as soon as Friday.

Ultimately, he said the superior numbers of the forces attacking on multiple fronts would wear down the militants. "We will win, without doubt. But it will be a costly victory".

ERBIL — A commander in Nineveh police forces announced on Thursday that Sunni tribal forces alongside the Iraqi army managed to liberate four more villages in south of Mosul, particularly in Hatra and Nimrud districts.

Commander Waleed Khalid told BasNews that the federal police forces managed to liberate two villages in the Hatra frontline, some 90 km south of Mosul.

He further revealed that the federal police managed to kill Libyan leaders of IS militants in Hatra district.

A leader in the Sunni tribal forces also confirmed on Thursday that his men managed to liberate two more villages in Nimrud area southeastern of Mosul.

According to the leader, the tribesmen killed at least 22 IS militants, including six suicide bombers, during the confrontations.
(Oh – wait a second….didn’t Obama say this could be taken in a matter of DAYS?...lol…lol…)

Next I have to once again clarify some misinformation and plain garbage intel being pasted around from these so called “intel gurus”.

So here’s the latest list:

1. The lower denominations s were launched on Wednesday 11/9. Really?
(Just so you know the lower denominations are warehoused in a very secret location out of country until ISIS and militias are gone and thus security is strong conducive in Iraq. They are not even delivered yet to Iraq from the German company who printed them. So how in hell could they be at the banks? Sounds like someone is pumping buying the currency again to me)

2. Iraq just issued first 33 trillion dinars then 98 trillion dinars in lower denominations to the banks. Really? (This statement of course is so far from the truth. The CBI wants 1) to go to a paperless society and thus severely limit the amount of currency in circulation; 2) the CBI told us they intend to decrease the supply of paper currency by almost 2/3 of what it is today; 3) why are they implementing the e-dinar system and Smart cards if not to limit the amount of cash in circulation? You tell me Mr Guru because I don’t know. 4) why would they risk bringing in so much cash, if even any, when terrorists still dominate up north?

So what was the amount of dinars in circulation? It was only about 85 trillion dinars in total and includes what we as investors hold. Do you know just how much cash this it? Remember there is a shortage of cash dinars and they do not intend to replenish them until the lower denominations comes out and even they the supply will be limited to less than 1/3 of the total 3 zero cash.

3. The ZIM is showing 5 digits numbers for an exchange rate on the bank screens. Really? (this statement again made recently on one the calls is so absolutely idiotic it is almost not even worth giving it my time of day to address. But I know many of you might think you should now go out and buy ZIM based on these high rates. So let me straighten you out. First of all the ZIM WILL NOT be exchanged. They claim these are bond notes and they are but they were all recalled last September and the time limit if over. Simply put there are not back room deals between Africa and US to exchange these notes. You are simply stuck with them. So enjoy your collectable notes. I warned everyone many times over these past years. DO NOT BUY ZIM! Secondly lets go through the exchange process. So the rate this guru is now giving out to everyone isa “ five digit exchange rate”? Really? Do you actually think you will be exchanging a 100 trillion ZIM note for 10,000 a ZIM? Thus to exchange you would drop six zeros from the 100 trillion note (100,000,000) then multiply by 10,000. Opps my calculator does not even go up that high…how ridiculous! Do you see just how stupid this “five digit rate” is? This exchange amount to USD for one 100 trill ZIM note would equal more than the entire USA annual GDP alone. I also want to emphasize my stand on any other currency revaluing to significant rate besides the IQD….simply not true and you have been scammed. I warned all of you all many times)

4. The Paris Treaty has just been signed and so now the entire planet is on the Gold standard. “We are waiting for the new USNs to be issued” Really? (What garbage to be telling everyone. How ridiculous can this stuff get? I find it so funny how this guru has told you that the “paris treaty” has been signed over and over again over these last couple years. So Mr Guru tell us - just how many “paris treaties” are there to be signed..lol…lol? We all know that there are new global reforms that mandate nations must bring their gold reserves to stated levels gradually and they have annual levels to meet to stay in focus to the new mandates. But trust me there is no immediate mandate that states the world is now all back on a “gold backed currency”…Again this is just more NASARA propaganda being pushed out by the gold merchants. Again you have to ask what is being pumped. Now it is gold sales by these currency dealers. They must think that we are all a bunch of idiots. By the way there is no such thing as the new gold backed USNs vs the old USDs. The USD is here to stay and is not going away. It is the strongest value it has been in a very long time. )

5. The elections are over and this reflects that the NASARA is "being kicked into full gear" now. Really? (I warned you in the past and I am warning you now to ignore anyone who even mentions NASARA. These people keep coming out of the closet. Their tactic is to keep taking credit for any positive significant change in the world. Really? They think this lends credibility to their cause. So what is their cause? These are propagandists and they have a political agenda to create fear and upset society with their nonsense. They want to brainwash you into thinking they are really in charge behind the scenes. Now they are using recent election results to once again try to convince you that Trump is their man. If Hillary won than she would be their inside person. Get it? We have solid information on this group and they are terrorists, treasonous who would like nothing more than to hijack the US government rather than use the political process for the change that is necessary. Believe me you would not like the form of government they have in mind).

6. Iraq is getting ready for celebrations over the completion of the RV and their new currency. They even have a contractor who is shipping in plane loads of fireworks for the occasion. Really? (First no lower denominations have been issued. There is absolutely no celebrations planned for this event. They are the exact same people who told you over a year ago the lower denoms were out and “we were all just waiting our turn to exchange. We are in tier 4”. So where is the money? We are still waiting….lol…lol.. Where do they get all this nonesense from? Did it ever occur to you that they are preparing for the celebrations on the final liberation of Mosul and its regions? The worst part about this intel is once again no brain thought process when told the intel from their sources, if they even have any sources. No thinking it through about what is really happening.)

I am sorry that my news briefs are not so brief sometimes but I have to clarify some of this stuff being pushed out to the dinar community. So please spread the news and keep you friends clear on these issues. Only you and me can stop this absolute insanity and currency scams.
