He said Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in a statement issued by his office said that "the Council of Ministers approved the minutes of the agreement between representatives of the Federal Government and representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Government on the export of oil fields four produced in the region," noting that "agreed to adopt reservation Prime BSA and provided signing the minutes of the territorial representatives agreement. "

"
