Confirmed the decision of the oil and energy MP / coalition of Kurdish blocs / Qassim Mohammed Mchkta, that the agreement between the two governments and federal Kurdistan on oil would be temporary until the enactment of the oil and gas, adding that the House of Representatives is determined to provide one drafts oil law for approval.

Said Mchkta in a press statement: The agreement was between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government on oil is a temporary solution to oil crisis between Arbil and Baghdad due to the enactment of the oil and gas, which regulates the extractive industry and guarantees the rights of the province and the oil-producing provinces.

He added: that the House of Representatives seeks to speed up the enactment of the law of oil and gas through the formation of parliamentary committees to follow up and sub-study previously submitted drafts and make adjustments but Henat obstacles facing the work of the committees the Kurdish problem differences and on the distribution of federal powers.

He noted: that a proposed oil and gas law submitted by the Commission on oil parliamentary year (2011) is considered the best to pass in the House and voted on because the useful and is designed to benefit the Iraqi people as soon to explain subjects (111-112) of the Iraqi Constitution and the satisfaction of all parties being formulated by Energy Commission, which includes members of all parliamentary blocs.
