Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri stressed the need to restore confidence among the constituents of the people and activate the participants, stressing that the referendum should be within the constitutional frameworks, while warned against taking "critical positions" reflected negatively in the overlapping areas.

He added that «the referendum option must be within the constitutional framework to ensure the interest of Iraq taking into account the circumstances that the country is going through», calling for «the importance of continuing dialogues to overcome political and security differences between all parties to achieve the interests that preserve the unity of Iraq».

He urged Jubouri to «keep away from the statements of the convulsive by all and delay in taking the positions of fate can be reflected negatively in the areas where the social interference varied», and praised the Speaker of the «role of the Kurdistan region in dealing with the crisis of the displaced and the efforts made in shelter and alleviate their suffering .

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced on Tuesday evening that his dialogue with the Kurdish delegation was in keeping with the interests of the country, while expressing regret over the issue of the referendum on independence after the cooperation of Baghdad and Erbil and their success in eliminating the organization «Daash».

In turn, the Vice-President Nuri al-Maliki told the Kurdish delegation the need to follow the legal and constitutional ways to resolve the differences related to the referendum.

Maliki's office said in a statement: "The Vice President discussed with the delegation the latest political and security situation in the country, and the two sides exchanged views on the relations between Baghdad and Erbil."

Maliki stressed, according to the statement, "the need to follow the legal and constitutional methods to resolve the differences and issues related to the referendum or any other issue," stressing his keenness to «find outputs that preserve all rights to ensure the unity of Iraq and coexistence between all components

The Kurdish delegation held a meeting with the secretary-general of the Badr Organization Hadi al-Amiri, and a senior source revealed that the delegation planned to hold a series of meetings with prominent political figures, including the head of the National Dialogue Front, Saleh al-Mutlaq, and the representative of UN Secretary-General Jan Kubic. He continued, that «the delegation intends to hold a meeting with the National Alliance to discuss the referendum of Kurdistan».

The Kurdish delegation met with the President of the Arab Parliament, who is visiting Baghdad on an official visit, the source said: "The Kurdish delegation met with the President of the Arab Parliament Meshaal bin Fahmi peaceful and discussed with him the subject of the referendum," noting that "the meeting had a positive atmosphere .

In the international positions of the Kurdish referendum, Deputy Prime Minister and spokesman of the Turkish government Bakr Bouzdaj said in a press statement: "The referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan region in Iraq scheduled for next month will increase instability in the region," adding that "the decision to proceed with the organization of voting Violates Iraq's constitution. "

On the other hand, the head of the delegation of the Kurdistan region to Baghdad, Rose Nuri Shaways during a press conference held in Baghdad: "The Prime Minister Haider Abadi expressed his willingness to solve the problems between Baghdad and Erbil through dialogue."
