PART I:  Beginning of the call Frank is wearing a red suit, red tie, black striped shirt with white collar and black handkerchief in his pocket.

*Introduces the Iraqi citizens to technology with the ATM machines

*The dinar is more valuable than the dollar  

*The true value of the Iraqi dinar will be revealed in the coming days.

AND '. . . encouraged to process the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar against the value of the dollar and other foreign currencies.”

[Delta]:  Definition of the coming days could be today, tomorrow or weeks but a huge article.

[Frank]: I got a feeling about Wednesday there is going to be something revealed about their electronic payment system and Visa cards about their auctions, ATM machines because it says so right here.

[Delta]:  They have the plan, they have the date.  Abadi . . . get 1000% if he pulls the trigger before the election. . . if your in Abadi’s shoes . . . Alak’s . . . if he has the power probably pull the trigger before the election.  We have to keep in mind, May 15 is Ramadan.  Based on past experience Iraqi’s never do monetary exchanges during Ramadan.  That takes us into June.

BTW, whoever wins the election makes no difference to those who have contracts.  They will get in (into Iraq) right away. 

[Frank]:  But something significant is going to happen on Wednesday.  I think on Wednesday. they are going to light the fuse to everything, IMO!  Alak said, “We are ready to introduce the new small notes.”  BOOM!

[Delta]:  If you do it just before the election, a lot of people will remember that!  I agree with you, Wednesday must be one of the biggest days in Iraq! 
 
My final thoughts, we are on the verge of something really big happening to all of us.  This time, all indications showing this is not a false alarm. . . Thank you for President Trump. 

Remember in Dec., President Trump and the US Treasury released Iraq and the Central Bank of Iraq from ALL sanctions.  That document was on President Obama’s desk for 1-2 years and he never signed it.  The US took the wealth from Iraq and the US put it back!
 
PART II OF THE CALL:  Frank changed into an all white suit, tie and shirt and was speaking from his blue couch.

Sunny Notes: 

Five year plan launches on Wednesday.  New currency is the lower denom’s.  The Turkmenistan article (the 1st Article) give the steps of the currency reform.  For Iraq the steps are identical as for Turkmenistan.

The CBI has held meetings around the world and in those meetings, given the description and shown pictures of the lower denom’s, the smaller notes.
 
Based on the TA, (Turkmenistan Article) we call this the 1st article, this is the next step in the financial inclusion, the education of the citizens: 

Expect to see large easel boards or small billboards all around Iraq with the description and pictures of the lower denom’s as they continue to educate the citizens.  The pictures will be of the front and back of these smaller notes. The description and photographs on these billboards - are of ALL the lower denom’s to come out.  (Not just the 200’s, 50’s, but all the smaller notes)

[Frank26]:  . . .Thursday, IMO, word was received, that these billboards, with a description of all the lower notes about to be released, would soon be seen. . . About to be all over Iraq.  Billboards all over Iraq!  At the mosque.  At the banks.  At the universities, schools, marketplace, ATM’s, financial institutions of Iraq.  IMO, this will be happening soon.  It’s the next step and it’s coming.

These billboards will also be introduced in an article form.  The 2nd article we seek.  It is the logical next step.  This is a Paul Bunyan step!  We simply await the unfolding of the process.   
This will be the escort into the 2nd article leading to the final article for the citizens.

Next step would be, in conjunction with the lower notes, would be the RI of the Iraqi dinar!  

IMO, they are about to describe the RI of the IQD and description of the lower notes to the world!   Does not appear to me to give any reason for any further delay.

They have met with Central bank governors of the world.  IMO this is pushing the button of the launch and the receiver has the ball in the end zone!

The CBI governor of Iraq (Alak) has said he is ready to distribute the LD’s.  I don’t know when.  He has not said when.

This 2nd step must not fail.  Not to be any mistakes or rushed.  Realize, soon can be a few days or a few weeks, but I really doubt it would be the end of the month.

The citizens – this is the last hand off.  They will be using the smaller notes – the new ones. 

Failure in the past because they did not work with the citizens.  The majority of failures has occurred with the transitioning into a new government and that is where Iraq is with their elections!

The Iraqi dinar is now 1182 to the USD.  What is that WS?

[Frank]:  Article:  The Unification of Iraqi Currencies – the coexistence of the lower denominations with the Iraqi notes and explains how the CBI will take their currency to an International status.

The CBI will be sending texts . . . through mobile phones . . . to the citizens about the new currency, tellers, new electronic banking, structure, ATM’s.  Last Monday thousands of citizens picked up International Visa cards.  They are about to be paid electronically.

They are International and they are reinstating their currency!  They have prepared certain things with no three zero’s in them.  In the budget, in the payment salaries, in the currency rate.

BTW oil is about to go insane.  Prepare to pay at the pump. . . oil to reach $100.

I don’t know if the billboards will be released on Wed. but I do know the 5 year financial plan will be released. . . Exchange centers and banks are on the cusp of the RI and they understand it.  Banks all over the world have increased their reserves.
