Federal Supreme confirms the constitutionality of the transfer of the departments and competencies of some ministries to the provinces

The Supreme Federal Court ruled on Tuesday the constitutionality of the transfer of sub-departments and the functions, functions and functions of some ministries to the provinces.
"The Federal Supreme Court held its session under the chairmanship of Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the attendance of the judges of the members, and considered the appeal against the unconstitutionality of Article (12) of the Third Amendment Law of the Law of Governorates irregular in the region No. (21) for the year 2008 amended."
He added that "the article contested unconstitutional included the transfer of sub-districts and organs, functions, services and competencies exercised by the ministries of municipalities and public works, reconstruction and housing, labor and social affairs, agriculture, finance, youth and sports, with allocations allocated to them in the budget and staff.
He pointed out that "the Federal Supreme Court found that the article is consistent with the provisions of the Constitution and then returned the case because it is not based on the support of the Constitution."
