Souroun: The government may form next month and we have understandings with Fatah on the basic principles

The deputy MP for the alliance of Mohammed Reza Al-Haidar, on Monday, the formation of the new Iraqi government during the month of November next, confirming the existence of understandings with the Fath Alliance on the basic principles of the government.

Al-Haider said in an interview that "the first assignment of the prime minister will go to form a government and will not take more than one month," expected "to be formed in early November."

He added that "there are understandings between others and open to the basic principles to deliver Iraq to safety and to achieve the interests of the people to consider," noting that his coalition did not "put so far a certain figure to take over the prime minister."

Al-Haider confirmed that "the alliance is in line with the principles of Mr. Muqtada al-Sadr and the conditions of religious authority in the selection of independent and non-corrupt personality has not been previously tried to head the government."
