Member of the parliamentary finance: the budget will pass by a maximum of 25 of this month

A member of the Finance Committee parliamentary Ahmad Hama that the federal budget of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2019 will be submitted to the Parliament by the end of the 25 of January to vote.

Hama said that his committee met with most ministers and bodies and discussed with them the budget paragraphs in preparation for the transition during the next week to the stage of reviewing the texts of the budget, where about 50% have been identified for the purpose of the amendment.

He pointed out that all the proposals submitted by the deputies to the committee have been studied, stressing that the committee tried to the extent possible to be at the level of honesty and professionalism in the discussion to be a service budget.

The first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan al-Kaabi has confirmed in a statement to the information department of the Council to continue the meetings this week and next week until the adoption of the budget law for 2019.
