The deputies revealed, on Thursday, the arrival of two lists of names of candidates for special grades to the House of Representatives, while they pointed out that Abdel-Mahdi deals with the file selectively.
"The lists sent by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to the House of Representatives selectively from all ministries and departments, and our proposal was to send the candidates to each ministry individually until the vote on them," said the MP of the Construction Coalition Mohammad Abulhail in an interview with Mawazine News.
He added that "the sending of names of candidates for special grades in all ministries in a mix, causing confusion during the vote," noting that "the House of Representatives is working to amend the budget law to accommodate the postponement of the resolution of the file of special grades administered by proxy to 24 October."
For his part, MP for the parliamentary bloc of opposition Hassan Fadam, said that "two lists of candidates nominated for special grades, arrived from the government to the House of Representatives, the first includes six candidates and the second is composed of 25 candidates."
He added that "all the names in the lists, nominated by parties and political blocs, and candidates are known for their party," noting that "some candidates do not deserve to be at the lowest levels of career and can not be given special grades because they are candidates from political parties."
He pointed out that "the House of Representatives is about to vote on only 445 of special grades, the Directors General do not need the vote of Parliament, but by the Council of Ministers and their names are incomplete with the government."
