He Mchkta (of the Agency news): that the talks are continuing between the Governments of the Kurdistan Region and the federal government to agree on the vertebrae law of oil and gas from the Committee of Five problem of the Ministers of the Federal Oil and Kurdistan and the heads of parliamentary blocs and ending with the delegation of Kurdistan, who visited Baghdad and met with officials of the file oil in government Federal.
