{Baghdad: Al Furat News} A spokesman for the Council of Ministers, Minister of Culture, Hassan Nazim, confirmed, Tuesday, that the state does not negotiate its sovereignty with anyone, while revealing the complex of the federal budget for the fiscal year 2021.


Nazem said, during the weekly press conference, that "the government confirms that it alone is responsible for the security files in the country, and that no one is able to pressure it with frivolous missiles to interfere with the security files," declaring, "The state does not negotiate its sovereignty."

He called on citizens to "strictly adhere to the decisions of the Supreme Committee on confronting the Corona virus."

Nazem pointed out that "the cabinet voted in its session today on the draft law on legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers, to create a fund for damages, and to authorize the Ministry of Health to contract with the Sinopharm company producing the Corona vaccine."

He added, "It is not possible to give the vaccines without obtaining a legal guarantee against collateral damage, and the quantities of the Corona vaccine will come in succession and not in one batch," pointing out that "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi stressed the need for Iraqis to have Corona vaccines soon."

Regarding the Pope's visit to Iraq, Nazik stressed, "There are complete preparations for the Pope's visit, and we have hundreds of requests from foreign media professionals to participate in covering the Pope's visit."

A cabinet spokesman concluded, "The budget node is the region's share and all other paragraphs have been agreed upon."
