There are multiple visions to pay attention to the economic aspect in Iraq, to ​​overcome the ordeal of the forceful conditions that were generated by the Corona pandemic, as we see global economies that maintained their balance, despite the horrors of the pandemic that stopped life in most countries of the world. In order to develop the national economy through agricultural investment and develop agriculture, instead of relying on oil, which complains about price fluctuations, effective solutions should be sought to fill the budget deficit, which now amounts to nearly (30) trillion dollars, amid pressing questions about how the Iraqi economy can achieve the goals. The desired?

Perhaps the answer will be by reforming the industrial reality and developing its structure, structuring the Iraqi economy, and developing electric power projects by investing in waste gas in the oil provinces, which burns in vain, in addition to controlling and rationalizing government public spending.

The reality of the situation requires sincere work with the methodology of providing job opportunities for the unemployed to reduce unemployment with equal opportunities, through central appointment and the service council, and to achieve this equality, the door to employment in the private sector and the inclusion of workers in it with insurance and retirement, as well as a population census to achieve a fair distribution of wealth and work in developing strategic projects .

It is also imperative to restart the industrial machine so that (Made in Iraq) will return to benefit from dates, tomato crops, sugar cane, cotton and products that enter the industry by providing the appropriate climate for investment.

We hope that our industry will return to the forefront of the markets and reduce imports to preserve the circulation of capital within the country. Economic reform needs practical and immediate steps, as Dr. Ahmed Omar Al-Rawi in his book (Studies in the Iraqi Economy after 2003 Reality and Challenges) p. 236: “Building the national economy for the urgent need for national capital, especially in light of the decline in oil resources, which do not meet the needs of Iraq in terms of financial allocations, to achieve economic growth. Which requires the participation of the private sector in the construction process, after the state remained the main dominant over all economic activities, and to achieve this justified call, the necessary legislative and institutional frameworks must be issued to encourage and attract private national investments, especially the fugitive national funds.

It cannot be overlooked that the national economy requires an integrated system of work that leads to the achievement of comprehensive economic development, in a country like Iraq capable of advancing and reaching influential levels in the arena of the global economy, because it possesses a set of data that have become clear to local efforts.
