Judicial Council affirms the issuance of the law of the Supreme Judicial Council

The judiciary announced the issuance of the law of the Supreme Judicial Council after its publication in the Official Gazette of Iraq.
According to a statement issued by a judicial authority received news agency Buratha copy of it: The law of the Supreme Judicial Council No. (112) for the year 2012 voted by the House of Representatives earlier been published in the Gazette of Iraq after approval by the Presidency of the Republic.

The statement said: that under the new law, Mr. President of the Federal Cassation Court nominee Judge Hassan Ibrahim Humairi the presidency of the Supreme Judicial Council, adding that the law implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette on 02/04/2013.

The Iraqi Council of Representatives in its first session of the second legislative term held in 15/12/2012 had voted on the law of the Supreme Judicial Council.

Judicial authority announced Tuesday the issuance of the law of the Supreme Judicial Council after its publication in the official Iraqi newspaper facts and approval by the House of Representatives.
