BAGHDAD (Iba) ... announced the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) after meeting him last night that the crisis between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government "that could be addressed through dialogue, taking into account the demands and benefits of the Kurdistan region in the budget"

MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Qasim Muhammad Qasim said the approval of the general budget of the country without the presence of the Kurds meant canceling system of national partnership in Iraq.
