Received by the Secretariat of the United Nations in New York, and for the first time, the Arab delegation unified democratic nations of the so-called Arab Spring.

The delegation included representatives from Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, and Tunisia, as well as communication and coordination with delegations from Sudan, Libya, Iraq, and organizations of religious and ethnic minorities Middle East.

Consolidated delegation held lengthy talks with the Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Roed-Larsen, and bite the ambassadors of Western countries, and the Security Council.

Professor Walid Phares, Advisor to a congressional representative, who accompanied the delegation in the talks, said in an interview with Radio Free Iraq, the importance of this meeting, the first of its kind, after the emergence of the joint command of the forces of democracy and اللبيرالية in the communities of states of the Arab Spring, through their representatives in Washington.

He added Professor that these forces, facing systems, or militant organizations, coordinate among themselves, and get financial support, and the media, and oil, has seen, is the other case, the need for coordination and communication with the world LDP, particularly the United Nations and the U.S. Congress.

Said Professor Knight said talks delegation with the Deputy Secretary-General and some ambassadors, officials of the Security Council, focused on the need to create a device, or a representative of UN permanent, to communicate directly with the civil societies in the countries of the Arab Spring, to continue talks with the United Nations, particularly with the Secretary-General, and Congress circuits, and other references.
