Trading government and parliamentary circles about the arrival of leaks Vanguards of advisers and American security experts to coincide with the rising tide of lawlessness gripping the country recently.

The sources, who declined to be named, said the return of U.S. leadership to work in Iraq comes in the light of the deterioration of security that has ravaged the country since for quite some time blatant central government deficit to reduce the series of repeated security breaches.

Observers believe and specialists in Iraqi political affairs that fears of a return to civil war in Iraq seems to have found to resonate with American circles in Washington, which is keen to «the success of her experiences in Iraq, within the framework of the strategic agreement between Baghdad and Washington.

The U.S. embassy in Iraq, has said that the visit of the commander of U.S. Central Command, Gen. Lloyd Austin to Baghdad on 14 - 16 May came to discuss the current frameworks for cooperation between the United States and Iraq in the field of defense and regional security issues.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the Spokesman at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad received «the future News» copy of it that the visit by the commander of U.S. Central Command, Gen. Lloyd Austin to Baghdad touched upon «the situation in Iraq and areas of cooperation as well as the overall security situation in Syria.

The statement added, «that Gen. Austin met with a number of Iraqi officials, led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Defense Minister Saadoun al-Dulaimi Agency and National Security Adviser Falah al-Fayyad and Chief of Staff of the Iraqi Armed Forces Lieutenant General Babacar Zebari.

The statement «that Gen. Austin said during his meetings with the efforts made by the United States in the framework of the Strategic Framework Agreement and to support democratic development in Iraq.
