He pointed out that the positive atmosphere that prevailed in the talks between Iraq and Kuwait was an indication of an agreement the two sides and their desire to resolve the outstanding issues between the two files such as debt, borders and the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

He also asked the Permanent Representative of the Secretariat of the Commission to provide Iraq archive of the Committee for the purpose of avoiding compensation double by the Iraqi courts in the determination of some Alqzaitha brought to it.
