Urgent .... Biden in Baghdad to resolve the political crisis between the Maliki and the outskirts of Arbil

Western diplomatic source said that Vice President Joe Biden Alamarki will arrive in Baghdad within days to resolve the crisis between the Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the outskirts of Erbil, demanding the withdrawal of confidence from it.

The source said that "President Obama is sending Biden to Baghdad to urge the parties to end all differences that have brought the political process to a dead end," adding that "Biden will carry with him a scenario prepared in the White House, without giving details of the scenario, will lead to a solution satisfactory to all parties" .

The source speculated that the "put Biden's visit to Baghdad, the anticipated effective solution to the political crisis in Iraq."

The source expected that "some political blocs opposed to Biden's visit to Baghdad and considered as interference in internal affairs", diminishing at the same time "the importance of these objections in the event of proven success in resolving the crisis and address them radically."

Urgent ... Maliki agrees to implement the provisions of Arbil, where the two communities are shying away from the withdrawal of confidence from it!!

A source close to the coalition of state law that there are signs for signs of settlement between Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the parties claim no-confidence against him presented some of the concessions and retreat from previous positions, especially in relation to the first Convention of Arbil.

The source, who declined to be named, said "the continuous efforts made by parties from a coalition of state law with both the Coalition and Iraqi Kurdistan and the Sadrist movement to discourage the withdrawal of confidence from the al-Maliki for the implementation of the outcome of the recent meetings which confirm the terms of the Arbil first."

"The Prime Minister expressed his flexibility in dealing through what he put through an intermediary, unnamed, from acceptance to implement the terms of the agreement in exchange for not withdrawing confidence from him," noting that "the outskirts of Arbil have expressed their approval of the initial retreat from the withdrawal of confidence in the event carried out their demands," he

"The crucial meeting will bring together within days, al-Maliki and Allawi and Barzani and Talabani, under the auspices of the chest to resolve the matter once."
