General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers are involved in preparing the draft development program for the local administration

Participated General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in a panel discussion about the development project development program in the local administration and local government , which is a project and a national program designed to rehabilitate and develop the functional and comprehensive definition of trained personnel systems of various public administration and local governance and organizational structures and basic theories and to identify the scientific concept of public administration comparison and rehabilitation Almtdren according to the comparative method to get to the foundations of knowledge about the concepts and theories of public administration with the identification of the legal framework governing the public administration in Iraq .

The workshop was chaired by Deputy Secretary- General of the Council of Ministers of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Obaid replace Freeh , who pointed out the importance of this program and take advantage of trainees in the development of their job performance .

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers had previously directed the College of Business and Economics at the University of Baghdad, the introduction of study Diploma local administration to local government officials in the provinces , comes this orientation and seminar to complement the action of the Secretariat in creating programs that serve the orientation of Iraq according to the constitution towards administrative decentralization and granting authorities and local governments a greater role in the overall national development process and the requirements of the institutional reconstruction through the rehabilitation and development of human resources and manpower at the level of local governments ,

This workshop was attended by a number of professors, specialists in this field has been alleged to emphasize the importance of intensification of lectures and training sessions and accurately to increase the knowledge and skills development.
