Kurdish MP said Kurdistan is keen to pass the budget law
06 Feb 2014
Member of the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc MP Ashwaq al- Jaff said that the Kurds Notes on articles in the budget law is correct and legal, noting that the Kurdish blocs will clarify them for the Iraqi people and will resort to the Constitution to resolve all differences.
He added that the most significant points of disagreement in the budget law for 2014 are the allocations for the implementation of Article 140, the budget of the Peshmerga and the sanctions imposed on the region within the draft budget regarding the oil and gas file.
Al- Jaff stressed that the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc is keen to pass the budget law.
