Mass citizen: the region can not export 400 000 barrels per day
BAGHDAD / obelisk: citizen demanded parliamentary bloc, on Tuesday, setting up counters on the oil wells to give the amount of export from each well, while suggesting that the Kurdistan Region can not export 400 000 barrels per day.( there is a problem with this statement, they were to have already have counters on the oil- Wells to know how much is pumped daily)
The head of the bloc Bayan Jabr said during a press conference at the parliament building in the presence of members of the bloc and attended "obelisk" that "every year the budget be delayed due to disagreements, and this delay will not solve, but the adoption of the law of oil and gas inactivated."
He added that "the Council of Ministers decided to export the region 400 000 barrels of oil based on statements to the media and not something realistic, and this is a big mistake," noting that "the region can not be issued for this amount."
He pointed out that "the tripartite committee set up yesterday failed to reach results and it must continue to meet."( here is another issue look at the 2 articles above!)
And that "mass wrote a proposal and submitted to the chairman of the parliament, the proposal was written on the basis of agreement chock which was signed when I was finance minister with the International Monetary Fund, which provides for the federal government and the provinces of Petroleum Exporting erect Electronic counters give the amount of export from each well and subject to the control circuit controls Finance. "
He explained that "these counters will determine the correct amount issued by Iraq and Satakrjha of wells," pointing out that "former finance minister and stress across the tables have said that most estimates of the Ministry of Oil in export volumes is inaccurate."
He noted that "the Convention obliges linking crude oil tankers via satellite and be under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Oil and the Office of Financial Supervision and the Committee on oil and energy parliamentary because the pricing of oil vary from state to state," noting that "the Convention obliges the Federal Oil Ministry contracts with international firms for the installation of laboratories developed to determine rates of sulfur and crude oil source.
