Arab League calls for Iraqi forces to speed up the election of the President and the Prime Minister

The Secretary General of the Arab League, Nabil Elaraby, on Thursday, the election of Salim al-Chairman of the Board of Representatives with his two deputies, calling for Iraqi forces to accelerate the election of the President and Cabinet.
He said the Arab in a statement received "Alsumaria News", a copy of "The Arab League fully supports Iraq's efforts to establish security and sovereignty of the state and the restoration of stability in all corners of the country," and welcomed "the election Salim al-chairman of the House of Representatives with his two deputies."
He added that the Arab "This step constitutes an important achievement in terms of resolving political differences between the parties of the Iraqi National", calling on the powers and political entities in Iraq to "national consensus and to accelerate the agreement on the requirements phase including the election of presidents and cabinet."
The head of the current parliament, Salim al-announced, last Tuesday (July 15, 2014), opening the door for nomination for the presidency in front of all citizens, with the adjournment of Parliament on Wednesday of next week, following the assumption Jubouri the post of President of the Council in the new session, after Competing against the candidate Rep. Sunrise Alabegi, as was the vote on the MP for the coalition of state law Haider Abadi, to the post of First Deputy Chairman of the Council after receiving 188 votes, and MP for the mass change Aram Sheikh Mohammed, to the post of Second Vice-President of the Council after receiving 171 votes.
