Federal Court postponed its decision concerning Maliki's appeal until further notice

BAGHDAD / NINA / A member of the state of law coalition, Adnan al-Sarraj declared the postponement of the Federal Supreme Court, concerning Maliki's appeal declared about the unconstitutional assignment of Haider Abadi to form the next government, until further notice.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "The Federal Supreme Court decided today to postpone its decision on the case submitted by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for the largest bloc and its candidate to head the next government until further notice."
He added that the crisis is on way to be resolved through 3 directions, first the call of al-Sistani and the statement of the Dawa Party, in addition to the efforts of political parties to improve the atmosphere. "
He guessed that the lawsuit will be withdrawn in light of these calls and moves, but currently has not withdrawn from the Federal Court and has postponed until further notice./ End
