The Cabinet held its second meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, headed by Dr. Haider Abadi, and the presence of the Vice-President and Gentlemen, members of the Council of Ministers.

During the meeting of the Council to continue discussing the remaining paragraphs of the procedures required to implement and document the political agreement between the political blocs to participate in a national unity government.

Has been taken in this regard, a set of decisions was guidance implemented during the periods of time specified, including the completion of the preparation and adoption of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers and the resolution of the dispute over the link independent bodies and the resolution of outstanding issues on aspects of the jaw and insulation between Diwani Shiite Waqf and the Sunni and the implementation of decisions issued in this regard.

The Council voted on decisions relating to abide by the principles of human rights and the Human Rights Commission commissioned decisively named chairman and his deputy and other formations.

The Cabinet approved the recommendations of the Committee on Energy Rental Towers on reclaiming the Rumaila field.

He also agreed to secure the necessary funds to ensure the smooth provision of oil derivatives.

The Council and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to reach an agreement with the Ministry of Finance in respect of amounts payable for leasing the land Shaab Stadium to ensure the perpetuation of international benefit from its various facilities.

And instructed the Council to reallocate the amounts necessary to compensate those affected by the rains in the province of Baghdad's treatment of 20 000 within the budget of 2015.
