Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, on Thursday, said the political blocs in the House of Representatives revealed agreed in principle to the budget bill, while stressing the Council will proceed to vote on today's meeting.

Jubouri said in a joint press conference held today, with Interior Minister Mohammed Ghaban in the parliament building and attended "Alsumaria News", "It has been agreed in principle to the draft general budget for the year 2015 Act", stressing that it "will be initiated to vote during this session today. "


He praised the efforts of al-Jubouri, the Parliamentary Finance Committee, pointing out that it "has made great efforts during the last period in the preparation of the general budget."

A parliamentary source revealed earlier on Thursday, said the parliamentary Finance Committee ended its meeting with the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri, on budget, while noting that there are three points of contention between the blocks on the budget.

As the Parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Wednesday evening, a solution to all the differences on the general budget for 2015 Act, asserting that the budget will be approved tomorrow smoothly and quietly.

Announced the Parliamentary Finance Committee member Masood Haider , on Thursday, to find solutions on the three points of contention on the general budget, stressing that it will be approved during today's session.

Haider said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "it was to find solutions on the three main points of contention in the general budget for the year 2015 related to subjecting the oil export company SOMO law, and allocations of the popular crowd and national reconciliation."

Haider said that "the dispute first was dissolved parties' commitment to the agreement of oil last between Baghdad and Erbil, as well as the allocation of Trliunin and 180 billion dinars, the popular crowd, in addition to the allocation of 25 billion dinars for the file of national reconciliation," adding that he "will be approving the budget at today's meeting."

A parliamentary source said, earlier Thursday, that House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, held a meeting with the heads of the political blocs to discuss three points of contention in the general budget.
