BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network - The Commission on economy and investment parliamentary it is working to repeal and amend the law about nine thousand issued by the Revolutionary Command Council dissolved.



A member of the Committee Abdul Salam al-Maliki's (Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network) "The committee is working on an ongoing basis to cancel and amend the laws issued by the Revolutionary Command Council dissolved numbering nine thousand law."



"These laws do not fit with the current situation because they were issued at a time when decisions were, however, one person, but today the permanent constitution is approved and federal institutions and the system of decentralization and participation".



He stressed that "work is continuing to cancel and amend laws in the field of tourism and economic affairs and petroleum products and the granting of land for special grades and taxes that are imposed on some imported materials."



He explained, "There are laws affecting the lives of citizens, such as fees collected from the socialist sector and private sectors and the General Establishment for Pharmaceutical Industries."



He said he "has been modified and the abolition of nearly 200 law to the Revolution Command Council dissolved."



The government pays the proposed laws to the relevant committees for consideration and vote in Parliament to abolish the decisions and laws passed by the dissolved Revolution Command Council, which was the highest legislative authority and control during the former regime.
