Legal representative: Cancel the decisions of the Revolutionary Command Council dissolved lead to a legislative vacuum

Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed on Saturday that about 2000 decision by the "Revolutionary Command Council" dissolved is still in force, arguing that the abolition of all these decisions lead to a legislative vacuum.

A member of the committee MP Salim Shawki in an interview with Alsumaria News, that "approximately 2000 decision of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council resolutions still in force and operates the state, including resolutions dealing with social matters and economic, rather than the criminality, and not all decisions negative."


Shawki said, that "the abolition of all these decisions lead to a legislative vacuum and the disruption of many of the provisions."

He pointed to "the formation of a sub-committee of the Legal Committee in the works to try to amend the decisions or delete and re-drafting of a new and give it a new recipe and incorporated under the laws of certain other names."
