Plans to the committee on the formation of the Supreme Council for negotiations between the Kurdistan region and Baghdad held its meeting on Saturday.

The head of the mass change in the House of Representatives Sardar Abdullah on Thursday that "it is due to meet the Committee in charge to establish a higher council for negotiations between the Kurdistan region and Baghdad, the Parliament of Kurdistan in the building next Saturday."

For its part, said head of the Kurdish bloc in the regional parliament Susan Shihab said to be "during the first meeting of the Committee set up a council to negotiate and talk on a number of issues, including the components of the Council, and privacy, and the party that owns it, whether the government or parliament."

She noted that "the draft bill prepared in earlier to set up a Council negotiated by the movement of change will be the rule that is marked with its establishment."

The Kurdish parliament held a consultative meeting last Monday Bmcharko representatives of the parties and Kurdish political blocs to discuss the establishment of a higher council for negotiations between the Kurdistan region and Baghdad.

It was decided during the meeting to form a committee of heads of parliamentary blocs, and representatives of the Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi parliament and the federal government, and representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Government, to discuss the details of the establishment of the Kurdistan Regional Council to negotiate with Baghdad, and to decide the question of the party that followed the Council.

The aim of establishing a higher council for negotiations between the Kurdistan region and the federal government, to be a national institution based management and follow-up and hold discussions with the government in Baghdad.
