Twilight News / Kurdish political source revealed early Friday, for the presidency of the Kurdistan Region authorized the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Rose Nuri Shaways to negotiate with the federal government on proposals to export oil, pointing out that a delegation from the region will not attend to Baghdad again.

Said the source, who asked not to be identified, said in an interview with "Twilight News", "Shaways will begin early next week, crucial negotiations with the federal government to reach an agreement on the mechanism for the export of oil from the region."

The source added that "the presidency of the region Shaways authorized management to negotiate and file according to the proposals, which carried him from the province to Baghdad," noting that "a delegation from the region will come to Baghdad to negotiate and will be given Shaways file management."
