Justice and Accountability end funds and property of the former regime file

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - The National Commission for Accountability and Justice completed the detection and investigation of property and funds of the dictatorial system and staff, both inside and outside the country.

A spokesman for the judge's body Bakhtiar (IMN), that "the body ended the detection of the property and funds of the former regime and staff, in the inside and outside Iraq, as send all those files to recover funds and property of the Ministry of Finance Fund has been."

The judge added that "the recovery of funds and property in the Ministry of Finance Fund currently is the agency responsible for the recovery of such funds and property worth millions of dollars worth of real estate, companies and funds, according to Ajraeth own."

It announced last year of the accountability and justice, for the start of proceedings on the property to recover the symbols of the former regime at home and in the Arab and foreign countries in accordance with the law, which mandated to conduct the prosecution of money and property belonging to the former regime.
