[ltr]{Baghdad} Euphrates News confirmed Accountability Commission and member of the parliamentary Reconciliation Amer al-Khuzai, on Friday, said the confiscation of movable and immovable property of the staff of the former regime is ready Law for a vote by Parliament.

He said Khuzai told {Euphrates News} Today, that "when our committee three first laws completed them, a ban on the Baath Party and parties Takfiri law, the second law is confiscation of movable and immovable property of the staff of the former regime and is ready to vote, where it was read the first and second readings."

He added, "The third law is to modify the new law of accountability and justice, and this was read the first reading, and wait for the completion of amendments to it for the purpose of preparation for the second reading."

And the General Amnesty Law Khuzai stressed, saying that the "general amnesty law was conducted by the amendments of a financial nature must for the government to express its opinion in it, meaning it is not permissible for the deputies to vote and the amendment to the case in which a financial expense without the knowledge of the government."


It is said that the Cabinet approved the draft law of the First Amendment to the General Amnesty Law, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles 61 and 80 item first item II of Aldstor.anthy 1
