Hello Everyone,

I want to once again emphasize and caution all of you not to stake timelines of an RV based on the publishing of the 2016 budget or any future budget in the official gazette. Have we not learned your lesson yet? How many years must we go through the anxieties of waiting in anticipation for the Iraq to open their budget thinking the new rate will surface when they do? It is simply just an other one of those false events that everyone latches on to in order to create hype for an RV. Do you want to know what events really count? How about getting your nose in to the articles and paying attention to where Iraq needs to go for currency reform.

Do you even know what I mean when I use the term “currency reform”? I use it so often that maybe now is a good time to explain it again to everyone.

Currency reform encompasses a huge project underway in Iraq in coordination with the IMF and the WTO. It is a project with the ultimate goal to get their currency back online (Go global) and everything else that goes along with that and there is a lot. This “everything else” is the key point I want to bring out today. There is lots to do to get Iraq ready. There are lots of mini projects along the way. For instance they need to reform their banking system, needed to pass the Customs and Tariff law, they needed to clean up the ramped corruption and the money laundering, etc,,etc,, It is what we don’t know that is still a question of - what is next?. All of these efforts include new laws and we all know how slow parliament is. Did I mention also how these entities of the Dowa party and the Maliki syndrome too are also obstacles. These entities don’t want change but would rather continue under the Saddam regime mentality or worst.

Remember too Iraq never had a full connection to the global economy as other developed nations do. This was one of the flaws of Saddam Hussein’s economy. He kept the people subservient, submissive and always depending on his generosity. They only had what he “allowed” them to have. It was not a free society or economy. There was ramped corruption in politics and as long as you played the game you were safe. This of course is a dictatorship. This is why the change is so hard now.

But now with the new democracy all is changing. Change however is slow and hard. Yes – you and I can understand what the end result will be. We can see the bright future but for most Iraqi citizens it is a scary road ahead and they do not understand fully where the country is going. They are told not to trust westerners. Not to trust the government. Not to trust the banks. So change is slow.

So for us investors too we are often thick headed and don’t want to learn about Iraq and all we want is a date and a rate. Than even those that do want the truth get confused and are misled. This is the uphill battle I now face in trying to convince everyone of the truth and get you back on track. This in a nut shell is my goal to my news letters. This stuff is not rocket science and all you have to do is read the articles and pay attention. Remember what happens in the past and what they say to us. In the future you always see how everything interconnects to see the BIG picture.

But in order to be successful in making these connections, you MUST stop listening to all these misleading people and misinformation being put out on many of these conference calls. It only confuses you and I can hear it on the Q&A that are asked. Why even call in then if these calls are worthless? Are you learning anything from them? Many of you ask me “Then who do I listen to?”

There are NO other creditable sources of information out there. You can always tell the sincere news from the weirdoes since the weirdoes spend the first 15-30 minutes of their call either talking about themselves, praying, pitching their sponsors or telling news of the “new republic” and how it is going to take over the USA…lol…lol….

So what information does matter?
We must go to creditable sources and get information that DIRECTLY talks about the increase in the value of the dinar and what is holding it back. This information comes direcly from the government of Iraq, CBI, IMF and the WTO. No where else!

All this other talk about a GCR, a new republic, wealth packages (LOL…LOL) or the crashing of the US dollar is all total nonsense. Not an ounce of truth in any of it. It is all FEAR based and fear sells. Just look at how many crime related shows are on TV. Why not have shows that make you feel good and loving? We say this is what we all want but is it really?

Instead concentrate on what news you are looking for and what news that really matters. Stick to the TRUTH that is VERIFIABLE and not just because someone tells you they verified it with three other sources….lol..lol. How do they know all of of their three sources are not spreading the exact same rumors? Don’t get caught up in the rabbit holes looking and searching for something that will only lead you down a road of confusion and anxiety. If you seem to feel this way then back off and look for other news channels.

You have to ask yourself -- Are you looking for Iraqi RV news of the RV or what? These other sources are taking advantage of this time to infiltrate your minds and fill you with all their gobble goop that they tell you is all interconnected to the RV but really it is not. They are trying to use the RV to gain your confidence and sympathy to their cause. So what really is their cause? Are they really an underlying back roots organization to take over the USA and replace it with their form of government? Are they really a terrorist organization? You don’t know. All you hear is a sweet voice on the other end that laughs and giggles and often even uses prayer to infiltrate your sense of decency. But what exactly is their form or government?

In practical terms everything that happens in the world is interconnected and one can always make a case it is, but let’s use our common sense and stop being led around like little sheep by these charlatans. Not everything is connected or holding up the RV.

We must understand the pulse of the GOI and the CBI if you really want the truth about the timing of this RV. You do want the truth,,,,don’t you?

In the past I talked about a conversation I had with a CBI contact and what was told to me. I told you they told me that it was a matter now of putting our efforts into watching all news about currency reform if we truly wanted to follow timelines of any significant increase in the value of the dinar. So this is the direction Mnt Goat has taken and I will continue to place emphasis in this area until I am told to divert it. It is not about the value of the Yuan or what the Chineese are doing. It is not about the launching of the TRNs. It is not about what the stock market is doing today.,,,etc,,,, etc,,

As I keep saying it is not about the RV as the RV will be a byproduct of the process of global transformation for Iraq. The process does not evolve around getting an RV but the other way around. I hope that when you finish this news letter today you understand what I mean by this statement. SO PAY ATTENTION!

Today’s News

Today is Friday January 22th 2016 Already? Still no RV? What? I of course am being sarcastic since I know darn well not to expect an RV today or anytime within the next couple weeks, at least. This is not an opinion I bring but a FACT.

But there is lots of news coming out about the necessity to do something with the value of the dinar against the US dollar. If you have been keeping up with the reading my past news letters you should fully understand what this means and how they will fix it.

Remember just 6 months ago we heard almost nothing in terms of this subject matter. Since late October it is common conversation by Iraqi economists to put pressure on the GOI and the CBI to do something to raise the value of the dinar. We know that the dinar must go international if they are to be as diversified as they claim the need to move towards in their economy to get over this economic crisis. But it is not as simple as just “pulling the trigger” on the RV to correct the situation. No matter how hard Iraq wants the RV they will not be allowed to do it until they are fully ready.



When will they be ready?

READ THE ARTICLES! THEY ARE TELLING US!

The news was so robust in this area of concern in November that we thought perhaps they were targeting an early December or early January timeline even. Then in late November they came right out and told us they were “postponing” the event and has a new target of late January to early February. We are now very close to late January.

We were disappointed but if you have been listening to all the other news you can easily make the connection to this sudden downturn of events on the lack of progress (or stalling again), as anticipated, in other areas (fighting ISIS and the needed laws and now what is really HOT news – working with the WTO).

Then just this week we witnessed a news brief by the IMF on the SMP and then we read about more February timelines / deadlines for Iraq to accomplish certain goals related to currency reform. This was all excellent news and now we wait and watch to see their next move. This is all we can do and so speculation with lies or rumors will not make the RV happen any sooner.

Right now we are NOT in a mysterious window or an imminent situation of any sort. The FACTS that have recently been published and told intentionally to us, speak for themselves. I believe these to be truthful and honest news. There is no conspiracy of holding back information, trying to deceit us or trick us in this RV timeline. They will not RV behind our backs. In fact it is not even about the RV but rather getting their currency back online so Iraq can easily and efficiently trade with the rest of the world.

Many still feel that one day they will simply wake up, go to our PC and there will be news of an RV. Really? This could not be further from the truth!

It will not happen this way since we will be given plenty of signs and information relating to the advance warning that Iraq is about to change the value of their currency and move to a global currency regime. When the real FACTS do get published we will then be in a true and realistic state of anticipation and there will be no surprises.

If you look at the news around late spring of 2012 you can clearly see that the CBI was giving everyone warning of the events that were about to take place. The articles were abundant and they told us all be needed to know to prepare. Dr Shabibi himself (the then governor of the CBI) along with the IMF has since told us that the full RV was in fact their intention for October of 2012. This is FACT.

So we must be idiots not to be on the look out for such information again. I guarantee you the news this time will be of the same caliber and this is what my contact in the CBI was trying to tell me when I was told to be aware of any news related to currency reform. This statement in itself was telling me we are not that far from the RV.

So I am optimistic and all the news I have been bringing you is mostly very optimistic. Many are calling me names along with being a pessimist. But I do not share the same RV roller coaster ride nor will I get on it. So to you so called “know-it-alls” and intel “gurus” I say good luck with your constant misinformation and worm holes that you pursue.

Update: Currency Reforms

So I bring the article below to you because we know this is one of the goals for Iraq as part of the agreement as stated in the MOU dated January 12, 2016. So like magic…lol…lol…out pops an article now telling us this has to happen. It only seems like magic to us now since now we know the goals and this all makes much more sense to us. Now we know more of what to key in on and anticipate in the articles.

VICE CALLING ON THE GOVERNMENT TO RAISE TAXES AND THE VALUE OF THE CURRENCY TO BRIDGE THE BUDGET DEFICIT

Deputy for the National Alliance called on the government to RAISE taxes and THE VALUE OF THE CURRENCY to cover the deficit in the fiscal budget.

In my recent past news letters I explained fully to you why they must use the dollar to pay debts outside the country since Iraq is still a “closed” economy and can not use their dinar to pay foreign workers or investors for services and goods that reside outside their boarders. Iraq will remain a “closed” economy as long as they do not have a currency that is traded globally and managed through the WTO for it’s trading partners.

​I also told you many months ago when the Customs & Tariff law was passed that it would be very difficult for Iraq to collect any real significant tariffs from large shipping and air carriers since they are not yet hooked fully into the WTO banking system and there is a special software system used for collection of tariffs that used currency rates from the global exchanges.

How can you determine the tariff amount and convert it to the currency of the country of origin if you can not convert their rates to Iraqi dinar? We also know corruption is ripe in Iraq and it is not safe to say anyone is trustworthy. We know for a fact that the opportunity for revenue from tariffs alone can rival if not surpass the revenue from oil exports. So why would you want to manually manage such a high source of revenues manually? You are opening yourself up for yet more corruption. We know Iraq is on an economic crisis and needs these revenues.



Why am I telling you all this?
I am trying to make a point that the GOI knows that they need to get their act together and pass all these banking reforms to conform to the WTO so they can hook into their systems for international trade and payment systems. The quicker they do it the quicker they can get their currency back online.




Again I have to ask what are they waiting for since they know and we all know this is the very essence of their economic problems they are now facing. It is also the ONLY solution that will resolve their economic crisis and must be done before the CBI reserves are depleted.

ECONOMIC ANALYST: THE DOLLAR AGAINST THE IRAQI DINAR IS NOT THE REAL PRICE

Baghdad –

Said economic analyst David Zayer said the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar in the country, not the real price.

Said Zayer told all of Iraq , that "the dollar exchange rate since 10 years is supported by the central bank, a dollar pumped into the market determines the price, this is not the real price, and is supposed to be now costs 1500 dinars to the dollar."

He said Zayer that "the decline of the dinar against the dollar is the beginning of its collapse under the difficult financial situation of the country, because there was enough money to support the dinar and now that the lack of funds began the real exchange rate shows."

He noted that "should the government raise support for the dinar, and that depends on the real price in the market, in order to avoid depletion of the currency commodity uneconomical and shows the reality of the dinar real strength.

"The economist Ahmad Kanani, attributed the rise in the dollar's exchange rate against the Iraqi dinar, to non-possession of the Central Bank of Iraq sufficient liquidity to cover the market needs. The dollar saw the domestic market during the past ten days at prices fluctuation of the dollar against the dinar, where he arrived the exchange rate in the past few days in 1227 dinars to the dollar (127 000 dinars per hundred dollars).

Update: Abadi Economic Reforms

I want to once again emphasize and caution all of you not to stake timelines of an RV based on the publishing of the 2016 budget or any future budget in the official gazette. Have we not learned your lesson yet? How many years must we go through the anxieties of waiting in anticipation for the Iraq to open their budget thinking the new rate will surface when they do?

Let me clearly state it again – THE BUDGET HAS NO SIGNIFICANCE IN THE TIMING OF THE RV. Did you get it this time? Must I scream it again?

Shame on all of you who think otherwise and it only shows you have been falling asleep while reading my news letters. There is absolutely NO proof of any sort that the budget contains a new dinar rate value of any significant increase. Sorry folks read it for yourselves!



If you have been paying attention to the news lately you should know the IM is now working very closely with Iraq and through a MOU they have agreed to work on certain issues, pass certain laws and work toward “full” release of all restrictions in their currency exchange rate. Their words not mine…NO Hype, NO Rumors just the facts.

But we don’t ever want to learn of news that tells us about a realistic distant future timeframe for an RV window. We want it now and on our timing and so we would rather listen to some foolishness about bank memos, speeches in the mosques or movement of global funds or even the publishing of a budget.

PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE: THE BUDGET HAS NOT BEEN PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND ITS DEFICIT STOOD AT $ 74 BILLION

Okay so I proved my point once again. Budget is now approved. Where is the RV? Oh- but now you say they can’t open it without an RV. Really? Bet you are wrong! I bet they will open it soon and they will begin spending it without any RV. THERE IS NO CONNECTION! GET IT?

For all those that argued with me saying that Iraq needed the RV prior to the budget being approved–
I hate to say it again but “I told you so as you were wrong once again”.

These same people also argued with me that the RV rate was also in the budget and I told them to show me where it is since I could not find it. After challenging them, they simple put their tails between their legs and ran away since they could not and had nothing more to say.

We (meaning all of you too) must keep challenging these people who bring these rumors and conjecture to the forums and to this dinar investment community. Don’t take this lunacy lying down, stand up and fight for what makes common sense and if it sounds weird it probably is just a lie or a rumor to build yet more hype or confidence for their cause. We don’t need more hype. What we need is more honest FACTS and TRUTH.

URGENT 2016 BUDGET ENTERS INTO FORCE AND SANITATION

Baghdad-

Iraqi newspaper published the facts, the federal budget of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2016, which passed the House of Representatives and endorsed by the Presidency of the Republic Act and this is what the budget means the entry into force and sanitation by the government.

In my last news letter I brought you news of the necessity for Iraq to coordinate with the WTO and to reform the Iraqi banking system. Now we hear news of Prime Abadi on Wednesday participating in the Davos World Economic Summit in Switzerland and meeting with the WTO president Jim Yong Kim.

What do you think this meeting was all about?

I need everyone to wake up and take off your blinders as to what is going on now in Iraq. The GOI is moving towards a global economy but there are procedures and banking practices that need to first be in place. How many times must I show you this in articles, SMP, MOU, etc before you believe it? You want to know why Iraq does not yet have a global currency…well here it is.

So do you think Iraq is about to go global with their currency? You tell me.

I can’t give you an exact date but I will say that Abadi is moving aggressively in this direction and it will not be long. But let’s read the articles and listen to the news. They will tell us.

ABADI MEET WITH WORLD BANK PRESIDENT IN DAVOS ON THE SIDELINES OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC

Information / BAGHDAD / ..He met with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Thursday, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, the World Bank President Jim Yong Kim.

Update: Fighting ISIS

I present the article below on the latest news of ISIS fighting. To me it looks like they are staging equipment and men in preparation for a very large battle. We know Anbar region is already taken and it is very close to Mosul. We are told that Mosul it the last strong hold of ISIS in Iraq.

I wait for news that the battle for Mosul has begun and we anticipate a swift and very aggressive movement on ISIS. We know for FACT that Mosul must be taken prior to any RV.

I keep asking in my news letters “what is Iraq waiting for to RV?” and this battle is one factor.

2,000 SOLDIERS FROM THE 101ST WILL COME TO EIN AL-ASSAD BASE WITH THEIR WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT

Let’s not forget to keep praying for the success of THESE IRAQI AND COALITION SOLDIERS. I believe their success is in part some of the acceleration of the process we are now witnessing.

Remember too to pray to the princess of peace – Our Blessed Virgin Mary. She has the ear of Christ and she can intercede in heaven and bring us the peace we all desire here on earth. We can not do it alone. I believe that if we all make this our daily prayer you will see change. It is already working even in the short time since I have been publishing this prayer section. It does not matter what religion you believe, if you pray then to your oven beliefs entity it is still the same powers and good for all of mankind. Ultimately it is all the same God anyhow.

“Lord, protect Abadi and all who stand with him in righteousness, the Iraq and Coalition Soldiers who are fighting the good fight against terrorism, that they would be shielded from the enemy and would be Victorious against them! We ask that the Victory comes swiftly and healing of the Iraqi peoples and all whom have been effected by these evil doers can begin!

We pray for the process of the currency reform, the full implementation of the Iraqi economy to full international status and the bringing of prosperity and wealth to its people“ Amen!
