Deputy: Parliament will hold its sessions before the feast of the Federal Court and got to separate appeal at its

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} MP for full-Zaidi, the National Alliance, that the House will resume its sessions after the end of the legislative recess scheduled before Eid al-Fitr.
He said al-Zaidi told {Euphrates News} "There will be sessions of the House of Representatives before the Eid, as the legislative recess will end on the first of next July, there will be a meeting of the parliament."
He added that "there is a crisis has overshadowed the legislative institution of the Federal Court is capable of the season, and reached the finish in the appeal raised", adding that "the court will find in the 28 of this month {Tuesday}, a way of the issue and resolve it about two sessions of Parliament, as the Commission's report preparer will be presented on 26 of this month {Sunday} to the court. "in a reference to the decision regarding the Bgelsta meetings, the House of Representatives in the month of April."
He said Zaidi that "the constitutionality of the legislative recess may not be meeting and holding parliamentary sessions during this period," pointing out that "the crisis that occurred caused by obstruction of the Parliament."
The Federal Court has postponed the 13 of June, and, proceeding to consider the appeals filed Bgelsta House meetings, on April 28 of this month, after being awarded new technical experts permission to enter disclosure in Parliament site, that submit their report to the court on 26 of June.
