Twilight News / Supreme Judicial Council decided to form specialized investment issues First Instance Court, to resolve disputes arising out of it.
The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar judiciary spokesman Faihdat Lord of Twilight News, "The Supreme Judicial Council during its last meeting decided to set up a specialized court initially investment issues."
Bayraktar added that "this court would solve arising from investment and related disputes," pointing out that "to be based in each region appellate center."
He stated that "The decision comes on the basis of the provisions of the Judicial Organization Law, As part of the judiciary to create specialized courts".
