A British company wins a contract to build the central bank building

New Technic, a UK-based engineering engineering firm, has won a contract to design the façade and supervise the building of the new Central Bank of Iraq in Jadiriyah, central Baghdad.
"According to the Civil Engineering Company, the building designed by Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid will rise to 172 meters and stand on a platform of 100 meters in 200 meters," the company quoted Mawazine News as saying.
"The UK and US design teams will be deployed to work on the project, which is expected to be completed by 2021," said Andrew Watts, chief executive officer of the company.
The signing of the Central Bank of Iraq signed with the architect Zaha Hadid on 31/1/2012 contract building of the new Central Bank of Iraq in the presence of representatives of the Iraqi Embassy in London. Finished
