Space will be on Tuesday with a rare astronomical phenomenon, as Mars will approach the Earth to a distance not recorded by scientists 15 years ago, the Daily Mail reported.
Mars will move to 57.59 million kilometers from Earth at 8 pm GMT, making it the most important link between the Red Planet and Earth since 2003.
Scientists say the closest distance between Earth and Mars was about 60,000 years ago, and the distance between the planets on Tuesday is the closest to the phenomenon in mid-September 2035.
Mars took place in an area known as Earth Encounter on July 27, when Earth crossed the Moon and Moon during the lunar eclipse, which lasted more than four hours and was the longest of its kind, known as the "eclipse of the century."
Scientists say the Red Planet is experiencing a full-blown dust storm, which will be difficult to see through telescopes, as the atmosphere will be very foggy.
