Alsumaria publishes the supposed dates for the parliamentary session and the election of the President of the Republic and the formation of the government

The agency publishes Alsumaria News, the supposed duration of the first session of Parliament and the election of the President of the Republic and the formation of the government.

According to the dates, the formation of the government will be more than 110 days from the date of the announcement of the preliminary results of the elections that have not been announced so far added the duration of the ratification of the Federal Supreme Court on the final results because there is no text required a certain period of ratification.


After the preliminary results of the Electoral Commission, the law determines about two weeks to resolve the appeals before the Electoral Commission as well as the electoral judiciary in the Federal Court of Cassation.

After resolving the appeals, the final results shall be sent for approval before the Supreme Court of Appeal in accordance with Article (93 / VII) of the Constitution.

And that the President of the Republic calls the new Council of Representatives to convene within 15 days of ratification, and in the first session of the section and the election of the President of the Council and his deputies in accordance with Articles (54 and 55) of the Constitution.

Within three days from the date of the first session of the House of Representatives, the process of candidacy for the post of President of the Republic shall be opened. The process shall take place within one month from the date of the first session of the Chamber of Deputies, in accordance with Article 72 / II / B of the Constitution, for the year 2012.

The President of the Republic within 15 days of his election to assign the candidate of the parliamentary bloc the most numerous to form a government, which has to finish the selection of its ministerial staff and presents it with the government platform to vote within the Council of Representatives within 30 days of the mandate, in accordance with the text of Article 76 of the Constitution.
