Approve the proposal for the decision of collection and electronic payment

[ltr] The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Thursday the approval of the Coordination Committee and the management of government activity towards the establishment of electronic governance on the proposal of the decision of collection and electronic payment and referred to the legal department to complete the legal framework of the proposal in preparation for submission to the Council of Ministers.[/ltr]

[ltr] This came during the meeting held by the committee in the Secretariat building under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Mahdi Al-Alak, to review its procedures for the last period and determine the requirements of implementing the e-government project and to identify the main challenges facing the work of the three teams (infrastructure, policies and legal framework, applications and electronic services) Discussed the decision of the government network insured and unified.[/ltr]

[ltr] The Secretary-General, in a statement to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers received a copy of it, a copy of which included the achievements of the Committee in the ministerial portfolio to be handed over to the next government, pointing out that the Commission has made important progress during the previous phase through the work of the three teams to secure various aspects related to the completion of the e-government project.[/ltr]

[ltr] The committee also recommended the necessity of unifying the visions and speeding up the completion of legal legislation according to the three levels (security, technical and administrative) and drafting them in a comprehensive law that accommodates the laws issued by the relevant sectoral bodies, according to the statement. He pointed out that the committee also decided to hold an expanded symposium, To view all dimensions and factors related to the e-government program through the application of an integrated framework of the operational work model to implement the main projects and identify the requirements on the other hand.[/ltr]
