He stressed that "Syria has considerable experience in many industries and has advanced technology, which reinforces the idea of ​​manufacturing from within the country, and supplying local markets with quality products, manufactured according to the specific specifications of the standardization and quality control, thus protecting the local consumer, Qualitative ".
The trade volume between the two countries touched 6 billion dollars before the security situation was strained.

"The size of the work in Iraq is great and this is what the chamber's teams have said, and it is rising with the great population growth that is taking place in the country, which leads the manufacturers to adopt the idea of ​​presence within the Iraqi market."
He pointed out that "the volume of trade between the two countries has decreased during the past years because of military operations," pointing out that "the coming period will witness the opening of one of the border crossings between the two countries after securing the road to raise the traffic exchange."
He called for "more organization of the work of the border crossing points and the transfer of regional and global experiences to help change the form of performance of the best border crossings, which is the front of the country and support the movement of trade."
Jahaker stressed that "the private sector of the members of the chamber in the two countries have directions to contribute to the reconstruction and reconstruction required by the liberated cities on both sides."
