Samson:  Trump threatens Washington's withdrawal from the World Trade Organization

Threatened US President Donald Trump, in an interview with Bloomberg News, to withdraw from the WTO if it develops its performance. 

In his latest criticism of the organization, Trump said: "If they do not develop their performance, I will withdraw from the World Trade Organization."  Observers believe that such a move could undermine one of the foundations of the modern system of global trade, which the United States played a key role in finding. 

Trump complains that the United States is unfairly treated in world trade and blames the WTO for allowing it to happen. He also warned that action might be taken against the world organization, although he did not specify the form of such action.    LINK
