Samson:  Abadi to New York to attend UN General Assembly meetings

From an informed source that Prime Minister Haider Abadi will attend the meetings of the General Assembly of the United Nations scheduled to be held during the twenty-fifth of this month. 

The source said that Abadi will attend the annual UN meeting, and will deliver the speech of Iraq, speaking of the latest developments in Iraq. 

He said that Abadi will urge the international community to provide the necessary help in rebuilding and rebuilding the war against Daqash, in which Iraq was fighting on behalf of the whole world against the forces of darkness and evil. 

The source pointed out that the visit falls within the annual curriculum of the Prime Minister of the UN mandate, and does not represent any other direction.   LINK

Confirmed its continuation by replacing the damaged amounts

The Central Bank of Iraq intends next month, to put large amounts of local currency, small groups, while continuing to receive the currency damaged by citizens and replace it New. 

The Governor of the Bank, Dr. Ali Alalak in a meeting with the "morning", will be published later: "The Central Bank of Iraq, the development of a plan to compensate the market small groups of local currency, as will be next month large amounts of huge ones," noting that " Will meet the need of the local market for those categories  of currency. " 

He added that "the bank continues to receive local currencies damaged by citizens and replace them with new currencies," revealing at the same time, "the existence of a specialized committee to examine the damaged papers to ensure the integrity of fraud  and manipulation."   link
 
MilitiaMan:   Lets watch this unfold.. The amount of data out of late is extremely active and appropriate from all we have learned from the Final Articles. A necessity if you will to educate. The introduction of the "New Currency" and the larger amount of HUGE ones, is so telling of where we are in our endeavor.. 

We all know that the project to delete the Zeros has been in effect off and on for many many years. Now we see the implementation phase is in full force, imo that data out supports the view.

One thing is that New Currency for the incountry Citizens is not HUGE currency for a typical medium of exchange, the smaller groups are.

The HUGE is for large or very large transactions e.g. OIL, LNG, etc. They have already printed new of both types. The smalls are coming sooner than the large to the market place, imo, at least per the above. To the extent they talk about the local market. The HUGE won't be so much for the local market if at all, ever! imo

We have the education process also being addressed by the Supreme Cleric of the Land. He is teaching by a parable so to speak if we will.. I am not going to say my view is the new light on this.. lol But, lets see if my view fits our present circumstances.  ~ MM

"The supreme religious authority, Ali al-Sistani said that it is not permissible to touch the current Iraqi currency of the category of one thousand dinars and the previous one dinar category, without light, because it contains surah al-Ikhlas." 

MilitiaMan:  What does that mean? Hmm, read on.. ~ MM

"In a question about touching the Iraqi currency, the religious authority said: "In the middle of the current Iraqi currency, the denomination of (1000) dinars and the category (1) dinars previously surah al-Ikhlas and Kufic, what is the rule of touching them without light ?, the answer was" Thousand dinars without light ".

MilitiaMan:  Well without light is, imo notes (currency) with out the three zeros. Weights and measures. Zeros have no weight.. But, the previous ones (1 dinar) do.. Stand alone zeros have no weight. Light has no weight. imo Kufic, (coins) do have weight.

Now think about this. Healing.. What might heal the economy of Iraq and the lives of her citizens? Purchasing power will. In other words the deletion of the zeros will provide healing as it will bring purchasing power and from a currency that is sanctioned by the Supreme Cleric in all of the land.  He describes it in a question and answer theme and in what I believe to be a parable styled format that the middle east mind set will understand. ~ MM

"One of the Sistani followers asked about the nurse's or nurse's contact with the patient: "Sometimes there is a need for direct contact, no nurse, or an embarrassing request, or is the nurse attached to the patient from the nurse?"

"He replied: "If necessary for examination or treatment and stop direct touch, it is permissible to ask the question, but limited to the amount of necessity."

MilitiaMan:  Now think about this for a moment too.. What separates the zeros? A Decimal.. A barrier, a glove, a cloth... It is okay to do so, if there is a necessity to do so. Well imo, healing all citizens with purchasing power is exactly what is going to happen. As it is necessary, for peace and prosperity.. ~ MM

MilitiaMan:  The answer imo is "No", as it is a necessity. ~ MM

"When asked Sistani, "What is the ruling to touch the doctor or a part of the body of the male patient in case of emergency without a hail (insults)? If it is haraam, what is expiation? He said: It is permissible, even if it is necessary, and there is no expiation (the act of making amends or reparation for guilt or wrongdoing; atonement.)  for it even if it is haraam. (forbidden or proscribed by Islamic law.)

"A fourth question was raised: "A Muslim nurse working in a medical clinic is forced to touch the bodies of men, Muslims and non-Muslims. Is it permissible for her to do so? Is there a difference between touching the body of a Muslim and touching the body of others? ", Sistani's answer was:" It is not permissible for a woman to touch the body of a foreigner, whether Muslim or other, unless there is a need to lift the sanctity. "

MilitiaMan:  So in the end if there is a necessity and for good reason it is okay for the use of the new currency with foreigners as well. As there is a very big necessity and that is survival and the will of the people wanting what they have been denied! imo ! ~ MM

Samson:  To disrupt the official working hours next Tuesday in the whole of Iraq

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the disruption of the official working day next Tuesday on the occasion of the start of the Islamic New Year

The Secretariat said in a statement received by "Iraq Eye News" that "the official working day will be suspended on Tuesday, 11/9/2018 for the occasion of the first of the month of Muharram al-Haram for the year 1440 the new Hijri

It is noteworthy that the month of Muharram, which is the first month of the Hijri year, is of great importance in the hearts of Muslims because of the mystery of important events in Islamic history, which took place in the forefront of the migration of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from Mecca to the city, and the incident of the child in Karbala, Imam Hussein bin Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon them)     LINK

Samson:  Tomorrow .. holiday on the Iraqi Stock Exchange on the occasion of the New Year

The Iraqi Stock Exchange, its business, tomorrow Tuesday, on the occasion of the new year of migration.

The bourse said in a statement on Monday that work will resume on Wednesday.

The Iraqi Stock Exchange suspended its work for six days last August on the occasion of Eid al-Adha .   LINK
