Integrity opens corruption files in the Kurdistan region

BAGHDAD, Iraq -

The head of the non-governmental organizations in the Kurdistan region, Akram Jammu, that the file of waste of public money and corruption back to the beginning of 2014.

For his part, the deputy head of the NGO Department, Shwan Mahmoud, said that in 2014 a file was opened for the non-governmental department represented by the person of its former president and financial director and a number of officials in the Department by the Integrity Commission and the Court, "adding that" resolving the file in its final stages will be Close it soon. The NGO Department was established in 2009 following the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers, and to date includes more than 4,000 organizations
