The House of Representatives voted on Saturday on members of 22 standing committees in parliament.

The parliament decided to merge a number of committees, including merging the cultural and media committees with tourism, archeology and member affairs with civil society and clans with reconciliation and religious affairs.

The parliamentary committees include:

Planning Committee and study of the government program: Magda Tamimi, Raed Fahmi, Mona Gharabi, Khalaf Abdul Samad, Aras Habib, Mohammed Iqbal, Osama Najafi, Iyad Allawi.

Working Committee: Raad Al Dahlaki, Harmon Al Gharawi, Basma Basim, North Al Obaidi, Hussein Saeed, Manal Al Baldawi.

Committee on Agriculture: Ali al-Budairi, Ihsan al-Shibli, Mansour al-Buaihi, Dalal al-Gharawi, Falah Zaidan.

Higher Education Committee: Nada Jawdat, Yasser Al-Maliki, Hassan Masoudi, Inas Naji, Ali Shukri, Ghidaa Kambesh, Siham Al-Aqili.

Sanaa Mousavi, Burhan Kazem, Hasan Salem, Hussein Youssari, Iman Rashid, Haidar Fawadi, Omar Mohammed, Aisha Al Masari, Zafer Alani, Laila Mehdi, Adi Hatem, Maha Al Janabi, Zaitoun Al Dulaimi, Shaima Al Maslahi and Abbas Yasir.

Integrity Committee: Sabah al-Saadi, Hassan Shaker, Taha Defendi, Hamad Yasser, Alia Nassif, Hendrin Lezkin, Ahmed Al-Jubouri, Kazem Al-Sayadi, Laith Al-Dulaimi, Khalid Al-Geshmi.

Youth and Sports Committee: Abbas Aliwi, Saad Mana, Abdul Hussein Abtan, Azo Mohammed.

Committee for the affairs of the members: what we delegate, Sarkot Latif, Iyad Hashim, Qassem Araji.

Halabousi announced the reduction of the number of parliamentary committees to 22 committees

President of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, reduced the number of parliamentary committees from 27 committees to 22 committees.

Halabousi said during the parliamentary session held on Saturday that the number of parliamentary committees reduced from 27 to 22 committees only after the integration of a number of committees, including the integration of the committees of culture and information with tourism and archeology and the affairs of members with civil society and tribes with reconciliation and religious affairs.

The House voted on the members of 22 standing committees in parliament.
