Baghdad Chamber of Commerce: We plan to hold 24 economic exhibitions this year

Baghdad Chamber of Commerce Chairman Jaafar al-Hamdani said on Sunday that the chamber planned to hold 24 economic exhibitions this year.

In a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Al-Hamdani said that "the plan includes the establishment of 18 exhibitions in Baghdad and the provinces and 6 other exhibitions abroad.

He added that "the government program requires everyone to support the private sector, to achieve more successes and achievements in the near future, noting that" the private sector in Iraq today became a competition for international companies through many companies and businessmen by completing large and complex residential projects and complexes consisting of 5,000 or 10,000 housing units and the establishment of multi-storey commercial centers. "

Al-Hamdani said that "the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce demanded the Presidency of Parliament to be represented in the economic and service committees as advisers in order to deliver the voice of the private sector."
