Sistani's office: Monday after next the first day of Eid al-Adha

The office of the supreme religious authority, Ali al-Sistani, said Friday that Saturday is the first day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, so that next Monday will be the first day of Eid al-Adha.
The office said in a statement received, Alsumaria News, a copy of it, that "tomorrow Saturday (3/8/2019) is the first of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah haraam 1440 for migration."
Thus, the next Monday, the 12th of August, will be the first day of Eid al-Adha.
